Customer Service

If the administrator has enabled the "Customer Center" feature in Elice, you can use this feature. The Customer Center is integrated with Helpy, allowing all members using the Elice platform to leave inquiries.

Here's how you can leave an inquiry through the Customer Center:

1. Click the "Community" button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

2. Click on the Customer Center button.

3. Feel free to submit any questions regarding the parts that require service support, such as inquiries about platform implementation.
