Feedback Function

All users can send feedback related to the use of the Elice platform. The sent feedback is managed solely by the Elice operations team.

Setting up the Feedback Feature

  • The "Feedback Feature" can be enabled or disabled at the organization level.

  • Go to Organization Management > Settings > Basic Information > Enable/Disable Feedback Feature. This setting can only be done through the Elice operations team.

Sending Feedback

  • The "Send Feedback" button appears on the Elice platform for organizations that have enabled the feedback feature.

  • The position of the Send Feedback button varies depending on the PC view, Tablet/Mobile view.

  • On the learning screen of educational materials, you can access the feedback feature through the left sidebar menu.

  • Users with all permissions can freely send feedback using the Send Feedback button. They can also specify which category their feedback falls into.

    • Bug: Record bugs discovered related to platform functionality.

    • Learning Content: Record improvements related to the overall ease of learning and satisfaction in terms of the quality and difficulty of educational materials.

    • Suggestion: Record suggestions related to platform functionality.

    • Praise: Record positive feedback related to platform functionality/user experience.

    • Other

Attaching and Modifying Screenshots

  • During the process of sending feedback, a screenshot is automatically attached based on the screen clicked when clicking the Send Feedback button.

  • All users can click the Close icon button in the top right corner of the screenshot to choose whether or not to attach the screenshot.

    • Click the Close icon button - Do not attach the screenshot.

    • Click the Screenshot Capture button - Attach the screenshot.

  • Additionally, you can click the "Highlight/Hide Information in Screenshot" button to highlight a specific area in the screenshot or hide sensitive information.

Management of Sent Feedback

  • The sent feedback is managed solely by the Elice operations team and is not used for any purpose other than improving service quality.
