Game Learning System

In the 'Organization Management > Settings > Game Learning System' section, you can set up automatic point and experience rewards for members when certain conditions are met. Administrators can also manually grant or deduct points and experience.

By using the Game Learning System, you can effectively manage learners using points and experience. If you wish to use this service, please contact us at contact@elice.io.

Game Learning System

  1. Go to the Organization Management > Settings tab on the top of the webpage.

  2. Navigate to the 'Game Learning System' section in the Organization Settings to check the criteria for granting points and experience.

Setting up Point and Experience Rewards

'Points' are credits given when certain conditions, such as completion of subject learning progress or getting full marks on a test, are met.

'Experience' is given when conditions such as attendance, asking questions, posting projects, viewing class materials, and answering questions are met.

  1. You can set a representative icon to display when points/experience are rewarded.

  2. You can set the amount of points/experience to be awarded based on the criteria.

  3. If you set the points/experience to 0, no points or experience will be given.

  4. Click the save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

※ Members can check the set criteria by clicking the 'Points/Experience Acquisition Criteria' button on the Learning Rankings tab at the top of the webpage.

Granting/Deducting Points and Experience to Specific Members

  1. Go to Organization Management > Members tab on the top of the webpage.

  2. Search for the member you want to grant or deduct points and experience from using their name, email, or authentication ID.

  3. Click on the searched member to go to the user detail page.

4. Click the 'Grant/Deduct' button located on the right side of the ranking status section on the detail page.

5. In the popup window, select the item (points or experience) to grant or deduct.

6. Enter the value of points or experience to be granted or deducted, and select the desired action (grant or deduct).

7. Click the apply button to apply the changes.

Checking the Results

  1. Go to the Learning Rankings tab at the top of the webpage.

  2. You can check the member's rank, experience, attendance days, and the number of correctly answered questions.

※ Learning rankings are determined in the following order: "Experience > Attendance > Correct answers to practice/quizzes".
