Member Authentication

In 'Organization Management' > 'Members', you can view member information and manage their authentication status. You can also download a list of members as an Excel file.

Authenticating Members

  1. Go to Organization Management > Members at the top of the webpage, and navigate to the 'Unauthenticated' section.

  2. Search for the name, email, or ID of the person you want to authenticate as a member.

  3. Click on the searched member.

  4. Click on 'Authenticate' in the 'More' icon on the right side of the member information.

    1. If you want to revoke the authentication of an authenticated member, select 'Revoke Authentication'.

  5. Enter the authentication ID and click 'Apply'. The member will be able to log in with the authenticated ID.

You can check the list of authenticated members in the 'All Members' tab.
