Managing Classroom Contents

As an institution administrator, you can organize the contents based on the subjects set up in the institution.

  • Go to the 'Contents' tab in the Classroom Management menu.

  • Click the 'Register Content' button in the top right corner.

  • Add the 'Subject List' created in the institution to the 'Selected Subject List'.

  • Click the 'Add' button to register the subjects.

Managing Classroom Members

You can add teachers who will manage the classrooms and students who will participate in the classes.

  1. Adding Members

    1. Go to the 'Members' tab in the Classroom Management menu.

    2. Click the 'Register Member' button in the top right corner.

    3. Select the member's role.

    4. Enter the authenticated email in the input field of the popup window or click on the member to add from the member list at the bottom.

    5. Click the 'Register' button to complete the registration.

  1. Removing Members

    1. Go to the 'Members' tab in the Classroom Management menu.

    2. Click the 'More' icon button on the right side of the member table to be deleted.

    3. Click the 'Delete' button to remove the member.

Setting Classroom Visibility

Go to the 'Settings' tab in the Classroom Management menu.

  • Select 'Public' or 'Private' status in the visibility option.

  • Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
