Course Inspection and Disclosure (Organization Administrator)

The "Institution Administrator" can review and publish/request modifications for courses that have been created and submitted for review by institution educators. Only courses that have been reviewed and published by the institution administrator can be taken by students.

Reviewing and Publishing a Course

  1. Go to Institution Management on the top of the webpage, and navigate to 'Courses > Under Review'.

    • Courses under review are courses that have been submitted for review by educators. (*Course Review Request)

  2. Search/select a course and review if it is suitable for publishing.

  3. After review, click the 'Publish' or 'Request Modification' button at the bottom of the page.

    • Publish - The course will be published and students will be able to view and enroll in the course.

    • Request Modification - The course will not be published, and a modification request will be sent to the educator.

  4. Click the confirm button.

Unpublishing a Course

  1. Go to Institution Management > Courses tab, and search for the course that you want to unpublish.

  2. Click the 'More Options' icon on the right side of the course row, and select the 'Unpublish' button.

  3. Click the confirm button.

The unpublished course will be categorized under 'Preparing' section.
