Course Introduction Setting: Basic Mode

The subject introduction is the information that is displayed when a student accesses the subject introduction page. Administrators can configure this information in the subject introduction section. The subject introduction can be configured in two modes: basic mode and promotion mode, which can be selected.

  • This manual provides a guide for "Subject Introduction Setting: Basic Mode".

  • The subject introduction can be entered and configured by selecting either "Basic Mode" or "Promotion Mode" on the subject introduction tab, accessed by clicking the button in the upper right corner.

Items to be displayed on the subject introduction page

  1. Go to Settings > Subject Introduction for the subject.

  2. Select the items to be displayed on the subject introduction page.

  3. The selected items will be displayed in a table format at the top of the subject introduction page, below the subject name and one-line introduction.

Subject Introduction and Curriculum

  1. Go to Settings > Subject Introduction for the subject.

  2. Enter the URL of the introduction video that introduces the subject.

  3. Enter the subject introduction text.

  4. Click Choose file to upload the curriculum file.

Target Audience and Learning Objectives

  1. Go to Settings > Subject Introduction for the subject.

  2. Write the target audience and learning objectives. Click the ⊕ button to add additional fields.

Register Subject Educators and Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Go to Settings > Subject Introduction for the subject.

  2. Enter the name or email address of the member you want to set as the subject educator in the input field.

  3. After clicking on the searched member, set the permission from the dropdown menu.

  4. Write the frequently asked questions. Click the ⊕ button to add additional fields.

  5. After completing all the settings, click the save button to apply the changes.

  • After all the settings are completed, the information set by the administrator will appear as follows when accessing the subject details page.
