Create Path

Organization administrators and educators can create paths.

Creating a Path

  1. Access your organization's site. (* Find My Organization)

  2. Click the 'Management' button in the top menu.

  3. Go to the 'Management > Path' tab.

  4. Click the 'Create Path' button in the top right corner.

  1. Enter the path creation screen.

  2. Select a 'Category'. (Each category has a unique icon and is used only for classification purposes.)

  3. Enter the 'Path Name', 'One-line Introduction', and set the recommended learning period in the 'Basic Information' section.

    1. Recommended Learning Period: The estimated time required to complete all the subjects in the path.

  4. Select the 'Payment Type' and 'Enrollment Method'.

    1. Free

      1. Open to All: Anyone who logs in can take the path for free without any restrictions.

      2. Password Entry: Only users who enter the password set by the administrator can access the path.

      3. Specify Eligible Accounts: Only accounts authorized by the administrator can apply for enrollment.

      4. Administrator Registration: You can only take the path by registering as a subject administrator.

      5. Enrollment Application: Only students who apply for enrollment and are approved by the administrator can take the path.

    2. Paid

      1. Total Tuition Fee: Enter the tuition fee for the path.

      2. Register Promotion: You can apply a discount to the total tuition fee. (Enter the promotion name, discount rate, and discount period.)

  5. Once the settings are complete, click the 'Create' button at the bottom to finish creating the path.
