Course Attendance List

  1. Enable the subject attendance by going to Organization Management > Settings > Basic Information tab.

  2. Activate the attendance feature for the desired subjects by going to the subject settings > Features tab.

  3. Click the Attendance Management > Attendance Detail Settings button to configure the attendance.

Attendance Period

Set the period during which the attendance can be recorded. Once the set period expires, attendance cannot be recorded.

Attendance Recognition Time

Set the start and end time for attendance recognition when members check in. Attendance will not be recognized if checked in beyond the set time.

Departure Recognition Time

Set the start and end time for departure recognition when members check out. Attendance will not be recognized if checked out beyond the set time.

Stay Recognition Time

Set the time for members to stay and study within the subject. Attendance will not be recognized if the set stay time is not met.
