Overview of Data Library

This section provides an overview of the material library.

Definition of the Material Library

The material library feature allows you to register learning/test materials created within the class as a library. You can quickly set up the class by importing materials from an existing library.

Classification of the Material Library

The material library can be classified into two main concepts.

(1) Scope of the Material Library

  • Private to My Institution: This refers to materials registered as a library by members who manage my institution. These materials are exclusively shared and used within my institution.

  • Public to All Institutions: This refers to the material library created by Elice, which can be used when setting up classes in all institutions. To use the library for all institutions, you need to contact the Elice operation team.

(2) Types of Materials in the Library

  • Original Material: This refers to learning/test materials created within the class and registered as a library.

  • Linked Material: This refers to the library that is imported from another subject, excluding the original materials. For example, if the original material registered in subject A is imported into subject B, it is classified as a "linked material."

Key Features

The following is a list of key features related to the material library.

(1) Registering Materials to the Library: You can register learning/test materials created within the class as a library.

(3) Updating Library Versions: Updating versions is the process of saving the modifications made to the original material library as a new version.

(4) Reflecting the Latest Version of the Material Library: If the original material linked to a specific class has been updated in (3), this refers to the process of reflecting the latest version.
