In the Help Center, you can ask questions about "Concept Explanation," "Problem Solving," and "Grading Results."

Asking Questions

Click the "Community button" located at the bottom right of the institution's LXP, then click the "New Chat" button. Next, click the "Help Center" button to start a Help Center conversation.

Specify the subject you want to ask about and select the type of question (Concept Explanation/Problem Solving/Grading Results).

After asking your question, you will receive sequential answers after a tutor is assigned.
