Members with administrator or educator privileges can answer students' questions through Community > Help Center.

If you are curious about the process of students using Help Center, please refer to the Help Center Manual for Students.

1. Access https://helpcenter.elice.io/ and log in with an account that has administrator or educator privileges.
2. You can check the questions from waiting students.

3. Press the "Start Answering" button at the bottom to answer the student's question. (You can check questions in waiting, in progress, and completed states on the left tab.)

4. To finish answering a student's question, press the "Answer Complete" button.
