If you encounter any difficulties while taking programming practice or other educational content, you can get help through AI Chat.
"AI Helpy" is equipped with a generative AI model developed to support learners with code interpretation and domain knowledge related to programming practice.
Currently, AI Helpy supports the following features and will be expanded to assist learners in various areas:
Free-form questions: Users can ask free-form questions related to programming/engineering domain knowledge through the AI Helpy interface.
Guided question list: AI Helpy provides a guided question list that allows users who have difficulty using AI Helpy to benefit from the optimal performance of the AI model. Users can learn what types of questions they can ask through the pre-set question list.
Code error message interpretation: If an error message is displayed when incorrect code is executed, users can request help from AI Helpy if they have difficulty interpreting the error message.
Provide feedback: Users can submit feedback if they are satisfied or dissatisfied with AI Helpy's response.
The following section provides a detailed explanation of how to use AI Helpy.
Method 1 Learners can click the "Helpy button" located in the bottom right corner of the screen to start a conversation with AI Helpy.
Method 2 In the code editor within the programming practice window, users can drag to select the area where they need to ask a question. Then, they can click the "Ask AI" button at the bottom to start a conversation.
Users can freely ask questions to AI Helpy if they have any concerns or questions during the programming practice. The questions are limited to the programming practice, but questions regarding computer science and related domain knowledge are also possible.
Users can review and use examples to ask AI Helpy questions during programming practice. By clicking one of the guided question lists at the top of the chat window, users can ask questions.
The pre-set question list is designed to help users learn the functions in the early stages and consists of types that allow the AI model to perform at its best.
If the executed code is incorrect, an error message will be displayed. If users have difficulty interpreting the error message, AI Helpy will ask if they need help.
Users can leave feedback on AI Helpy's responses. Feedback can be submitted through the "Like/Dislike" icon button generated for each response.
