Members with administrator or educator privileges can answer students' questions in the Help Center.

1. Visit https://helpcenter.elice.io/ and log in with an account that has administrator or educator privileges.

2. You can view the questions from students who are waiting for answers.

3. Click the 'Start Answering' button at the bottom to answer the question from the student. - On the left tab, you can check questions in the waiting, in progress, and completed statuses.

4. When you finish answering a student's question, click the 'Answer Completed' button to close the answer for that question.
