Community
Community Concept
Community is a feature that allows you to start and manage all types of chats in Elice. Through the community, you can send customer inquiries (Channel Talk) and feedback (sending opinions to the Elice Operations Team).
The community features that can be set by administrators are as follows, and the community features displayed in the organization's Elice Platform will vary depending on the settings.
AI Chat
This is a channel where you can ask questions to the AI when you need help using the Elice Platform. With this feature, you can ask anything and get help as it applies a generative AI model. In particular, educators can use it to acquire the necessary information during the education content creation process.
Help Center
This is a channel where students who take educational content through Elice can ask questions to educators. Educators can monitor and answer students' questions in real-time through the Helpy Center app. Please check the Help Center manual for more details.
Group Chat
This is a channel where students and educators belonging to a specific group can interact. You can find more details in the Group Chat manual.
Live Classroom
This is a channel where students and administrators belonging to the Live Classroom can interact. You can find more details in the Live Classroom manual.
Customer Center
You can manage the Channel Talk connected to the organization's Elice Platform. All members can send inquiries through Channel Talk. Please check the Customer Center manual for more details.
Feedback
This is a channel where you can freely send feedback on your experience using Elice Platform. All feedback will be sent to the Elice Group Operations Team and used as reference data for the development of a better platform. You can find more details in the Feedback manual.
Document Assistant
With the Document Assistant, you can have AI-based question and answer sessions based on the content of various document formats such as PDF, PPT, and HWP.
