🔑Login Problem

Social login buttons are disabled.

This issue occurs due to the enhanced security systems of the latest browsers. When this security system is activated, Google and Facebook logins may not work according to the settings.

In general, if third-party cookie restrictions are enabled, some website functions may not work. To resolve this issue, you need to disable third-party cookie restrictions or allow the Elice website to log in.

Google Chrome

1. Enter chrome://settings/cookies in the address bar and navigate to the page.

2. If the cookie blocking policy is set to [Block third-party cookies], select [Allow all cookies].\

   
3. Alternatively, click on the eye icon in the address bar and allow blocked cookies.

   

Microsoft Edge

1. Enter edge://settings/privacy in the address bar and navigate to the page.

2. If Tracking prevention is set to [Strict], change it to [Balanced].\

   

Naver Whale

1. Enter whale://settings/content/cookies in the address bar and navigate to the page.

2. If [Block third-party cookies] is enabled, disable the setting.\

   

Mozilla Firefox

1. Enter about:preferences#privacy in the address bar and navigate to the page.

2. If the Enhanced Tracking Protection is set to [Strict], change it to [Standard].\
