Creating and Entering/Exiting Lecture Room

This guide provides instructions on how to create and enter a classroom.

Creating a Classroom

1. Go to the subject you want to create a classroom for and click on the 'Classroom' menu on the left.

2. Click on the 'Create Classroom' button at the top right.

3. Select the type of classroom based on your purpose.

   1. In 'Classroom', you can conduct real-time two-way lectures.

   2. In 'Exam Room', you can monitor students during exams.

4. Enter the name of the classroom.

5. Select the connected class/exam, if applicable.

6. If there are multiple class sections, select the participating section.

7. Choose whether to enable classroom recording. All shared audio, webcam, and screen will be recorded.

   1. The classroom recording feature is available after upgrading. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade.

8. Click the 'Create' button to create the classroom.

Entering a Classroom

1. Click on the 'Classroom' menu on the subject page to view the list of created classrooms.

2. Click on the classroom you want to enter.

3. When the Enter Classroom window appears, check if the devices are selected correctly and configure the settings.

4. You can enter the classroom with the camera and webcam turned on or off by clicking on the camera and webcam buttons.

5. Click the 'Enter' button to enter the classroom.

Exiting a Classroom

1. Click the 'Exit' button in the sidebar.

2. When the popup window appears, click 'OK' to exit the classroom.

Exiting the classroom does not stop the lecture. If you want to end the connection for all participants in the classroom, please 🔗terminate the classroom.

Sharing Classroom Link

Click the settings button at the bottom of the classroom screen, then copy the classroom link and share it.
