Creating a Path

This guide provides detailed instructions on configuring a created path.

After configuring a path, the inputted information will be displayed on the path card when loaded on the home screen. For more information on configuring path cards on the home screen, refer to the guide here.

Configuring a Path

  1. Access the path preview page after creating a path. (Organization Management > Path)

  2. Click the 'Edit Path' button to go to the settings page.

Path Introduction

  • Path Introduction: Write an introduction to the path. Markdown editor is provided for flexible formatting.

  • Promotion: Insert a promotional image. When inserted, the image will be displayed when path learners access the path page to make a payment or apply for the course.

  • After writing, click the 'Save' button at the bottom to complete the save process.

Curriculum

  • Construct subjects created by administrators in the path.

  • When searching and selecting registered subjects, the subject list will accumulate.

  • After writing, click the 'Save' button at the bottom to complete the save process.

Basic Information

  • Modify the basic information of the path entered in the 'Create Path' stage.

  • In this 'Basic Information' tab, you can additionally upload 'Class Operation Method', 'Tags', and 'Path Representative Image' other than the basic information.

  • After writing, click the 'Save' button at the bottom to complete the save process.

Enrollment Period

  • Usage Period: Allows learners to learn the path during the set period from the moment they apply for the course.

  • Education Period: You can enter the total education period for the path.

  • Enrollment Period: Enter the enrollment period for the path. Learners can only apply within the specified period range.

  • Send Invitation Notifications: Set whether to send notifications via SMS or Helpy when learners are invited.

  • After writing, click the 'Save' button at the bottom to complete the save process.

Learning Method

  • Modify the learning method of the path entered in the 'Create Path' stage.

  • For payment types such as free or paid, it can only be set in the initial path creation stage and cannot be modified at this stage.

  • After writing, click the 'Save' button at the bottom to complete the save process.

Members

  • You can add members who can take and manage the path.

  • Click the 'Search for Members' or 'Add Members' button to register.

    • Search for Members: Retrieve information of registered members in the organization.

    • Add Members: Enter the email of a registered member in the organization to retrieve. You can register multiple members at once.

  • After writing, click the 'Save' button at the bottom to complete the save process.

Publishing a Path

  • Once the path creation and configuration are complete, proceed with the 'Publish' settings.

  • 'Publish' can be done on the path preview page or in the Organization Management > Path tab.
