Guide to Classroom Usage

In Elice Classroom, you can conduct 1) real-time interactive lectures or 2) exam monitoring. Depending on your purpose, you can choose either the 'Classroom' or 'Exam Room' type to use. Please refer to the usage guides for each type below to use the classroom.

Classroom

Do you want to provide real-time video lectures to your students? Follow the steps below to use the classroom.

1. First, create a classroom. 🔗Create a Classroom

2. Share your screen, webcam, and audio. 🔗Share Screen

3. If you want to show the shared screen to all students, use the 'Spotlight' feature. The screen that the instructor spotlights will be displayed prominently to students. 🔗Spotlight Screen

4. Use the chat window to check students' questions or take attendance. 🔗Chat

5. After the lecture is finished, make sure to terminate the classroom. 🔗Terminate Classroom

6. Even if you move out of the classroom page during the lecture, the lecture will continue. You can control the device and return to the classroom using the auxiliary box on the bottom right. 🔗Classroom Auxiliary Box

Exam Room

Do you want to monitor students' actions during exams and their computer screens? Follow the steps below to use the exam room.

1. First, create an exam room. 🔗Create Exam Room

2. Monitor the screens and webcams shared by students by zooming in. 🔗View Full Screen

3. Check the list of students who entered the exam room. 🔗View Participant List

4. Send instructional messages or take attendance through chat. 🔗Chat

5. You can also send individual messages to specific students. 🔗Send Individual Message

6. Terminate the exam room when the exam is finished. 🔗Terminate Exam Room
