Help Center

Members with administrator or educator privileges can answer students' questions in the Help Center.

1. Go to https://helpcenter.elice.io/ and log in with an account that has administrator or educator privileges.

2. You can check the questions from students who are waiting for a response.

3. Click the 'Start Answering' button at the bottom to answer the student's question.\

   • On the left tab, you can check questions in the waiting, in progress, and completed statuses.

4. When you finish answering a student's question, click the 'Answer Completed' button to close the answer for that question.
