Help Center
Members with administrator or educator privileges can answer students' questions through Community > Help Center.
If you are curious about the process of students using Help Center, please refer to the Help Center Manual for Students.
Access https://helpcenter.elice.io/ and log in with an account that has administrator or educator privileges.
You can check the questions from students that are waiting for a response.
Press the "Start Answering" button at the bottom to answer the question from the student. (You can check questions in the waiting, in progress, and completed states in the left tab.)
Click the "Complete Answer" button to finish answering the question from the student.
