Creating an Organization Attendance Log
Here is a guide on how to create an institution attendance book.
Click the "Create Attendance Book" button on the Attendance Book tab within Institution Management.
The "Create Attendance Book" screen will appear. Please enter the required information.
Attendance Book Name Set the name of the attendance book. The name will be displayed on each student's learning page.
Attendance Book Usage Period Set the period in which the attendance book will be used. The attendance book cannot be used once the designated period has expired.
Attendance Time Set the range of time during which members can mark their attendance. If a member marks their attendance outside of this range, it will be considered as being late.
Departure Time Set the range of time during which members can mark their departure. If a member marks their departure outside of this range, their attendance will not be recognized.
Learning Stay Detection (optional) Set the required amount of time that members must spend in the institution. If a member fails to meet the required time, their attendance will not be recognized.
Seat Abandonment Detection (optional) Through AI-based face recognition, you can check if a student has left their seat. Set the required time during which the student's face must be recognized. If the required time is not met, their attendance will not be recognized.
After entering the required information, click the "Create" button to generate the attendance book.
