Activating the Live Lecture Room

If the administrator has enabled the "Live Lecture Room" feature within the organization's LXP, instructors can enable or disable the live lecture room for each subject.

To do this, access the detailed page of a specific subject and click on the "Edit Menu" button at the bottom of the left menu.

Then, check the "Lecture Room" menu.

Click the "Save" button to activate the feature.

Creating a Live Lecture Room

If you have activated the "Lecture Room" feature for a specific subject, access the "Lecture Room" menu within the detailed page of that subject.

Then, complete the creation of the live lecture room. For more detailed information about the live lecture room feature, refer to the Lecture Room Manual.

Managing Live Lecture Room Listings

You can check the list of live lecture rooms that you can participate in or have previously participated in through the community.

The list of live lecture rooms appears for subjects that have been registered as either instructors or students, with lecture rooms created.

For concluded live lecture rooms, they are marked separately, and you can review the chat history from the live lecture room.

Participating in a Live Lecture Room

You can check the current list of live lecture rooms available for participation through the community and join the live lecture room by clicking on it.

Before entering the live lecture room, you can see the ongoing chat in real-time and participate in the chat by clicking the "Join" button.

Once you have joined the live lecture room, start interacting with the members and engage in discussions while attending the lecture!
