Introduction to Community
Community is a feature that allows you to start and manage all types of chats within Elice. Through the community, you can also send customer inquiries (Channel Talk) and feedback (sending opinions to the Elice operations team).
The community features that administrators can configure are as follows, and the community features that appear in the institutional LXP vary depending on whether they are configured or not.
AI Chat
This is a channel where you can ask AI questions when you need help using LXP. This feature uses a generative AI model, so you can ask anything and get help. In particular, educators can utilize this feature to acquire information needed during the educational content creation process.
Help Center
This is a channel where students who are taking educational content through LXP can ask questions to educators. Educators can monitor and respond to students' questions in real-time through the Help Center app. Check the Help Center manual for more information.

Group Chat
This is a channel where students and educators belonging to a specific group can interact. You can find more information in the Group Chat manual.

Feedback
This is a channel where you can freely send feedback on your experience using Elice LXP. All feedback is sent to the Elice Group's operations team and is used as reference data for the development of a better platform. Check the Feedback manual for more information.
