Customer Service

If the administrator has enabled the "Customer Center" feature in Elice, you can use this feature. The Customer Center is integrated with ChannelTalk and allows all members using the Elice platform to leave inquiries.

Here's how to leave an inquiry through the Customer Center:

  1. Click the "Community" button located at the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Click the Customer Center button.

  3. Feel free to submit any questions regarding the need for service support, such as inquiries about platform adoption.
