Help Center

In the Help Center, you can ask questions about "Concept Explanation," "Problem Solving," and "Grading Results."

Asking Questions

Click the "Community button" located in the bottom right corner of the institutional LXP, then click the "New Chat" button. Next, click the "Help Center" button to start a Help Center conversation.

After specifying the subject you want to ask about, select the type of question (Concept Explanation/Problem Solving/Grading Results).

You will receive answers in sequence after the tutor assignment is complete.
