Help Center
Members with administrative or educator privileges can answer students' questions through Community > Help Center.
If you are curious about the process of students using the Help Center, please refer to the Help Center Manual for Students.
Go to https://helpcenter.elice.io/ and log in with an account that has administrative or educator privileges.
You can check the pending questions from students.
Press the "Start Answering" button at the bottom to answer the student's question. (You can check the questions in the Waiting, In Progress, and Completed tabs on the left-hand side.)
After answering the student's question, press the "Answer Complete" button to finish answering the question.
